If the actual freight costs differ from the quoted amount, the following options will be available to the Buyer:
    • Refund Option: We will offer to refund the entire order amount if the discrepancy in shipping costs is unacceptable.
    • Re-Quote Option: We will re-quote the freight cost for the Buyer's approval. If accepted, the revised amount will be charged to the Buyer's account before shipment.

Section 2 - Delivery Terms and Responsibility

  1. F.O.B. Seller’s Designated Shipping Point: All shipments are made on a Freight On Board (F.O.B.) basis from the Seller's designated shipping point. This means the Buyer assumes ownership and liability for the shipment as soon as it leaves our shipping facility.

  2. Buyer’s Responsibility for Unloading: The unloading of the freight upon arrival at the delivery location is the Buyer’s sole responsibility. Please ensure that you have the necessary equipment and personnel available to safely receive and unload the products. The Seller will not be responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred due to the Buyer's failure to provide proper unloading facilities.

  3. Unforeseen Accessorial Charges: The Buyer is responsible for any unforeseen freight or shipping charges that arise during transit. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Liftgate Delivery Charges
    • Limited Access Delivery Fees
    • Redelivery Fees
    • Storage Fees due to delays in unloading In such cases, the Seller may charge the Buyer for any additional accessorial fees incurred after shipment.

Section 3 - Damaged Freight and Claims

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery: It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the shipment upon delivery. Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. The Buyer should also document the damage through photographs or video as evidence.

  2. Filing Claims for Damage or Loss: The Buyer is responsible for filing claims directly with the delivering carrier in the event of damage or loss during transit. While the Seller is not liable for products once they leave the shipping point, we are committed to assisting the Buyer with the claims process upon request.

  3. Assistance with Claims: At the Buyer’s request, the Seller will provide reasonable support to help resolve freight damage claims with the carrier. This support does not constitute an assumption of liability by the Seller for any damage or loss.

Section 4 - Delivery Address Accuracy

  1. Accurate Address Information: The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during the checkout process. The Seller is not liable for shipments that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Buyer.

Section 5 - Delivery Timelines and Delays

  1. Estimated Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond the Seller’s control, including but not limited to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or natural disasters. The Seller is not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by such delays.

Section 6 - Limitation of Liability

  1. Limitation of Responsibility: The Seller’s responsibility ends when the products are handed over to the freight carrier at the designated shipping point. The Buyer assumes all risk and liability for the shipment once it is loaded onto the carrier's vehicle.

  2. No Implied Warranties for Shipping: The Seller does not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the shipping process, carrier performance, or delivery timelines. All implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

Section 7 - Amendments to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Shipping Policy at our discretion. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
