Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders, special order products, clearance items, or any item clearly labeled as “non-returnable,” are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Additionally, safety products such as harnesses, helmets, and protective gear are non-returnable once they have left our warehouse, in compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Return Authorization: To initiate a return, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Requests for RMA must include the original invoice number, item number(s), and reason for return. Unauthorized returns or items sent without an RMA will not be processed and may be refused at the sender’s expense.

Condition of Return: Returned items must be received in new, unused, and undamaged condition in their original packaging, including all manuals, parts, and accessories. If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to deny the refund entirely if the product is deemed irreparably damaged or unsuitable for resale.
If the cost of replacement parts exceeds 25% of the original purchase price, we may choose to deny the refund altogether, as the item would not be considered economically repairable. In such cases, the item can either be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of, based on customer preference. Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot be held liable for items damaged on their return journey.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item or a product defect confirmed by our team). We recommend using a trackable shipping method with appropriate insurance coverage, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
